We are all familiar with the strong effects the full moon has on behavior. The practice of tai chi balances an ever-present yin and yang energy while connecting the body and mind to the many cycles of life. In this class we will use the balancing principles of tai chi to soften the extremes of yang energy and harness the nurturing openness the full moon offers. Come and experience how the energetic flow of tai chi can connect you to the balanced cycles of your life. No prior experience required people of all physical abilities welcome, kids are welcomed with adult supervision. Must be 16 to participate on own. 15 years old and below can sign up with an adult.
