Details:
This program combines a quick start method of teaching sailing with Hobie Wave catamarans to get students sailing at a basic level in a short period of time. Students must be comfortable in deep water wearing a lifejacket. US Coast Guard approved lifejackets will be provided or you may bring your own.
Safety is always a first priority. The instructors have completed sailing leadership courses through US Sailing and the staff includes lifeguards on the water.

Sailing is about adapting to conditions. We will not sail if there is thunder, lightning or excessive winds. An alternative indoor program will be offered if these conditions occur.

Items To Bring:
Sunscreen, Swimsuit (arrive with suit on), Towel, Water or Tennis Shoes, Water/optional snack, Dry clothes or sweats
